celebrity & talent campaigns a name people already trust.

Celebrity and talent-led campaigns produced end to end: sourcing and negotiation, contracts, full production, and the post and distribution strategy that turns a name into downloads.

how we work

the whole deal. not just the shoot day.

Talent campaigns live or die on what happens before the camera rolls. We own the sourcing and the negotiation, not just the production that comes after.

01

sourcing & negotiation

We identify the right name for the brief, then handle outreach and negotiation directly with agents and managers, so the deal fits the budget before anyone books a flight.

02

contracts & compliance

Talent agreements, usage terms, and union compliance where it applies, handled as part of the deal itself, not an afterthought once talent is already booked.

03

production

Locations, art, costume, and a crew that knows how to make the most of limited time with talent. Every setup planned to get maximum usable footage from the day.

04

post & distribution

Edit, finish, and a distribution strategy built for where the campaign actually needs to land, domestic broadcast, digital, or international audiences.

words with friends live × garth brooks

We produced and broadcast Words With Friends Live, Zynga's daily trivia game show, staffing a writers room that included Glenn Clements and Tom Johnson to keep a full year of nightly episodes on air. For the season finale, we brought Zynga a shortlist of hosts; they booked Garth Brooks, and we filmed and broadcast the show he closed the season out with.

good to know

questions answered.

Do you handle talent sourcing and negotiation, or just production?

Both, start to finish. We source and approach talent, negotiate with agents and managers, handle contracts and compliance, then write, produce, shoot, and post the campaign. One team owns the whole thing, not just the shoot day.

Can you manage SAG-AFTRA or international talent compliance?

Yes. Talent agreements, union compliance, and usage terms are handled as part of the negotiation, not bolted on afterward, whether the campaign is running domestically or distributed internationally.

How many deliverables come out of a single talent shoot?

It depends on the talent's availability and the media plan, but a single production day has delivered as many as twenty finished spots. We build the shot list around getting the most usable creative out of the time we have with talent.

Do you handle campaigns for international or non-English-speaking audiences?

Yes. We've produced and distributed talent campaigns for Chinese-speaking audiences worldwide, managing the full process from talent negotiation through localized post and distribution.

What kinds of talent campaigns does Evolve Media take on?

Celebrity-led mobile game and app campaigns, brand ambassador work, and comedic talent-led spots for consumer brands. If a name attached to your campaign can move the needle, we've likely built something like it before.
